This is the contract that you can read now. You will be signing it on the day of picking up your puppy.

Welcome to Our Puppy Family!

We're thrilled you're considering adding one of our precious puppies to your family! We welcome visitors by appointment. To schedule a visit, we recommend calling us at 540-908-0353 or contacting us on Facebook or Instagram.

Reserving Your Puppy

To reserve a puppy or be placed on our waiting list (if no puppies are currently available), we require a non-refundable deposit of $200. This deposit will be applied toward the total purchase price of your puppy.

Our puppies are priced at $1500 as beloved family pets.

We accept deposits via Venmo, Cash App, or cash. Final payment is due on puppy pick-up day, and we prefer cash for the final payment.

Litter Availability

In the unlikely event that, due to circumstances beyond our control (such as the dam not conceiving or not conceiving the expected number of puppies), we are unable to provide you with a puppy from your preferred litter, you will have the option to:

  • Move to your next available preference.

  • Transfer your deposit to a future litter.

  • Receive a full refund of your deposit.

Puppy Selection & Going Home

Puppy selection is based on the order in which deposits are received. For example, if you are the first person to place a deposit on a specific litter, you will have the first choice of puppy.

We will schedule puppy pick-out appointments around 5 weeks of age. You can choose your puppy in person, or via pictures or a video call.

Your puppy will be ready to go home at 7 weeks old! Each puppy will go home with a special puppy pack including:

  • A blanket with the scent of their mother and siblings

  • A small supply of their current food

  • Veterinary shot records

  • AKC paperwork

Important Health Information

We deworm our puppies at 2, 4, and 6 weeks of age. However, it's important to understand that there is still a possibility that your puppy may have evidence of parasites.

We require that you take your puppy to your veterinarian for a check-up and their second booster within 2 weeks of the pick-up date.

Health Guarantee

  1. The Buyer is entitled to have the puppy examined by a veterinarian of their choice within 2 weeks of the purchase date. If your veterinarian finds any life-threatening congenital defect (this does not include: worms, coccidia, giardia, parasites, or hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) caused by too much activity and/or too little food/water)), the puppy may be returned to the Seller in exchange for another puppy of equal value when one becomes available. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. The buyer must notify the seller immediately of the issue, and the puppy must be returned to the seller within 2 weeks of the purchase date, accompanied by a signed statement from a licensed veterinarian confirming the diagnosis. The buyer is responsible for the puppy's care and all associated costs during this period. THE BREEDER WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VETERINARY BILLS.

  2. This guarantee is null and void if the puppy has been subjected to abuse, neglect, or an improper diet (i.e., malnourished or obese), as determined by a veterinarian of the seller's choice. This guarantee extends only to the original buyer named above. NO OTHER GUARANTEES ARE EITHER STATED OR IMPLIED. If any health concerns arise in the future, please review this contract before contacting the seller.
